Key Responsibilities

• \tBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders-including investors, government agencies, and industry partners-to support the market entry and growth of portfolio companies.

• \tDrive post-investment value creation for current and potential portfolio companies, particularly in the semiconductor and deep-tech sectors.

• \tLeverage your network within Malaysia's semiconductor ecosystem to identify local resources, strategic partners, and business opportunities.

• \tSupport the initial screening and assessment of semiconductor-related investment targets.

• \tAssist with cross-border business operations and ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian laws and regulations.

Who We're Looking For

• \tBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

• \tMinimum five years of professional experience in Malaysia, with strong knowledge of the local business and government landscape.

• \tExperience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred; related experience in the broader tech or deep-tech sectors will also be considered.

• \tWell-connected within Malaysia's semiconductor or high-tech ecosystem.

• \tBased in Kuala Lumpur (preferred); candidates residing in Penang are also welcome to apply.

• \tProficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.

• \tComfortable working with teams based in China and familiar with the communication and work style of Chinese investment firms.
