Are you experienced in managing technology vendors within a dynamic and regulated environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and risk-conscious professional to join our team as a Third Party Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening oversight and enhancing the performance of our mission-critical IT service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor performance, risk, and compliance across core IT services
• Lead vendor contracting, cost optimization, and dispute resolution activities
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs
• Monitor vendor security posture and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvements in third-party governance frameworks and reporting practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related engagements and escalations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or third-party risk governance
• Solid understanding of regulatory and risk management requirements in technology environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, analytical, and solutions-driven mindset with keen attention to detail
