We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Operations Analyst to support and optimize operational efficiency across our restaurant locations. This role is responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, recommending improvements, and working closely with leadership to implement strategies that improve profitability, service quality, and overall performance.

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost, guest satisfaction, etc.).
• Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying underperformance and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses on new restaurant initiatives and technologies.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decisions around staffing, menu engineering, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, HR, culinary) to support key business initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership to support strategic planning.
• Track customer feedback and operational reviews to identify service and product improvements.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new tools and systems, such as POS upgrades, inventory platforms, and scheduling software.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to help shape pricing and promotional strategies.
