Graduate Finance Projects Analyst (ERP & Integration)

As a Graduate Finance Projects Analyst, you will be part of a regional team responsible for enhancing financial systems and driving efficiency across DP World's APAC finance operations. This role offers early-career professionals an opportunity to work on enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects, financial process improvement, and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into our finance systems landscape.
You will contribute to initiatives such as maintaining a standardized Regional Chart of Accounts (COA), supporting ERP implementation and system integration, and enhancing data consistency for management reporting. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a Master's degree or gained 1-2 years of relevant experience and are now looking to specialize in finance transformation within a global logistics environment.

You will contribute to initiatives such as maintaining a standardized Regional Chart of Accounts (COA), supporting ERP implementation and system integration, and enhancing data consistency for management reporting. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Map and analyze finance processes across various ERP platforms.
- Support integration of financial systems for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with DP World APAC and global standards.
- Help develop and maintain a Regional Chart of Accounts (COA) to enable standardization and consolidation.
- Contribute to ERP implementation efforts, including documentation, system testing, and user onboarding.
- Collaborate with finance and technology stakeholders to gather business requirements and support system enhancements.
- Participate in data analysis, issue tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field; or Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, ERP projects, or systems integration.
- Internship or work experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain businesses is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
