Work you'll do
Deloitte's team brings together professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences to leverage the best-in-class solutions to challenging problems our clients face across the financial services industry. Our deep sector knowledge and global resources allow us to provide a breadth of services to our clients.
You'll work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions to enhance business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients' projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.
You will support our client in their transformation journey by:
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, trackers, and status reports to support effective project management.
• Coordinate project-related meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up action items.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support risk and issue management by maintaining logs and tracking mitigation or resolution actions.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure expectations are managed.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, project governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and support project tools and systems, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team as required.
Requirements
If you are someone with:
• Bachelor of degree in a business, finance, engineering, or related discipline with a well ranked institution
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role with relevant experience in Financial Services Sector and skills in Transformation Management Support, Process and Organization Transformation Design, Process Improvement, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and strong knowledge in financial products and services
• Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills to support the project management function in the day-to-day management of the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting as this role may require Client and Stakeholder management.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
• Support the design/functional team in the delivery of design documentations.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills to prepare material/documents to update senior management on the status of the project.

• Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours environment.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
