As the Global Facilities Cost PMO Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and executional success of Micron's largest investment areas-facilities and construction. You will deliver enterprise-wide impact through strategic leadership in capital cost governance, program management, and operational excellence across Micron's global facilities portfolio.

As the Global Facilities Cost PMO Director, you will lead the Global Facilities Cost Team responsible for aligning and benchmarking facilities cost categories across Micron's global facilities network. You will oversee financial analysis, planning, and reporting on facilities capital investments, operating expenses, cost reductions, and quarterly business planning.
You will work closely with leadership to plan and prioritize cost-related strategic programs and collaborate with all facilities network and cross-functional groups to achieve organizational and company goals. You will engage with global and site facilities teams, corporate finance, central planning teams, procurement teams, and other business partners to develop strategic cost expenditure plans for the facilities network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Cost Management: Oversee all aspects of facilities cost management across Front-End (FE) and Assembly and Test (AT), including capital expenditures, cash costs, capital and cash savings, and cost competitiveness benchmarking.
- End-to-End Cost Management: Manage end-to-end capital and cash cost processes, including network facilities scenario planning, budgeting, funding, savings, and cash flow performance-to-plan.
- Cost Competitiveness and Benchmarking: Develop and maintain a structured cost database with advanced reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Cost Governance and Audits: Drive cost governance and audits to achieve best cost performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Business Planning Support: Provide business planning support to executives for cost reviews.
- Cost Reduction Programs: Drive facilities cost reduction programs and ensure line of sight to meet savings goals
- Operational Expenditure Management: Drive continuous improvement in operational expenditure budget management across the facilities network in alignment with Micron's business and strategic directions. Develop appropriate statistical analysis tools/templates and provide timely and insightful financial support, data analysis, and benchmarking information for sites.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary improvement projects.

- Sound wide-ranging engineering knowledge base, capable of comprehending and supporting concepts across a wide range of disciplines.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, AI tools is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage changes, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and provide benchmarking.

Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing or equivalent industry - with strong understanding of capital and operational expenditures.
