Job Description

• Maintain a strong foundation in credit risk - with the ability to assess exposures, understand SME credit dynamics, and contribute to credit-related decisions within a supply chain financing context.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk frameworks across credit, operational, and regulatory risk domains.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and scenario analyses to proactively identify and mitigate key business risks across SME-focused financing operations.
• Oversee risk controls related to fraud, sanctions, AML/CFT, and data privacy to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to embed risk insights into strategy, new products, and day-to-day processes.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years' experience in risk management, with strong credit risk understanding and exposure to broader enterprise or operational risk.
• Prior experience in FinTech, SME banking, or digital lending environments preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance domains such as AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening.
• Proven track record in building or executing risk frameworks in high-growth, regulated settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
