Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the subsidiary's financing credit system in accordance with corporate marketing strategies.

• Formulate and implement the annual credit policy to support regional marketing and sales efforts.

• Drive the development of financing channels and manage dealer and customer credit accounts, including receivables and overdue payments.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of accounts receivable and lead collection efforts for overdue balances.

• Plan, allocate, and adjust financing credit resources across the subsidiary's operations.

• Train and guide internal teams, offices, and dealers on credit management and financing processes to strengthen their credit sales and risk control capabilities.

• Enhance the international marketing credit protection system through export credit insurance, guarantees, and other instruments.

• Monitor and enforce credit policy compliance across daily operations.

• Support continuous improvement in internal controls and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the International Business Center to optimize credit resource allocation.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.

• Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/credit duties

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
