Universal Leaf (Asia) Pte Ltd is looking to hire a Financial Controller (Singaporean or PR only) to work in our regional head office base in Singapore.

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for liaising with regional operations and the reporting of management information to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing for 2 companies based in Singapore
• Responsible for managing internal and extermal audits in Singapore
• Quarterly and Annual Financial planning, forecasting and reporting for other regional operations
• Liaison with regional financial and non-financial management
• Perform regional variance analysis
• Supervision of regional trade receivables
• Supervision of local and regional management payrolls.
• Consolidation and reporting of regional capital expenditure budgets
• Compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards as well as company policies.

Requirements

• A recognized professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to meet mutliple deadlines
• Ability to travel on a quarterly basis
