What you will do
As an Analyst in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Deloitte, you will support the delivery of IAM solutions that help clients strengthen their security posture and meet compliance requirements. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist in gathering and analysing client requirements, configuring IAM tools, and supporting integration with existing systems. You will also contribute to solution documentation, testing activities, and client workshops, helping ensure a smooth implementation process while gaining exposure to leading technologies and industry best practices in identity governance.

You will
- Business & IT Fundamentals: Develop foundational understanding of business processes, risk management, IT controls, and industry standards
- Risk & Control Evaluation: Assist in identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.
- Service Execution & Supervision: Contribute to the delivery of IAM services and support senior team members in execution of project tasks.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Management: Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic customization of SailPoint IdentityIQ; support integration efforts as guided by senior team members.
- Customization & Extension: Support the development and testing of rules, scripts, and workflows to extend SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.
- IAM Operations: Participate in day-to-day IAM activities in SailPoint, including tasks related to Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and application onboarding
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in gathering requirements and translating them into basic technical documentation under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Client Communication: Support client meetings and help document technical and functional solution details
- Post-Sales Support: Contribute to post-sales tasks such as documentation, basic analysis, and issue resolution tracking.
- Project Coordination: Help track project deliverables, maintain documentation, and support status reporting
- Client Relationship Building: Build professional working relationships with clients through reliable support and communication
- Efficiency Contribution: Identify and suggest minor process improvements that contribute to delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- A good bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in supporting the installation, integration, or deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions in diverse client environments.
- Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:
- Identity Governance and Administration (Lifecycle Management and Provisioning)
- Single Sign on and Advanced Authentication (Federation and Risk Based Authentication)
- Consumer Identity and Access Management
- Privilege Access Management
- Identity as a Service and Cloud related Identity Solution
- Enterprise Directory Architecture and Virtual Directories
- Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification.
- Basic understanding of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
- Exposure to or interest in learning the full system development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Comfortable working with or learning about databases, APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in resolving technical challenges
