Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions for our clients on cloud and on-prem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define architectural standards, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end product solutions that meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements, technical solutions and proposal during pre- sales.

• Define architectural standards and best practices to guide development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Perform architectural reviews and provide guidance on system design and implementation.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture design.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Primarily Java, C#).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises Microsoft environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
