System Support Analyst (Application/ S4 Hana)

Job Functions
Requirements:
- L1support for S4 HANA (SD, MM, Contracts and Billing, FI/CO), CRM system -C4C (Sales and service), CPQ, FSM (mobile app and dashboard)
- AMS issue management / system support.
- Creation / Deactivation of user login IDs for SAP / C4 as necessary
- S4 / FSM - 3PL integration support, where necessary
- Issues related to C4 Quotation creation in C4.
- Sales and Service Billing issues
- Execute and provide support for biz process improvement across organization
- Liaise with L2 for fixes, raising forms as necessary, support testing, prepare supporting evidence and go live.
- S4P & S4Q setup and config.
- Change Request Management for issues raised
- CPQ / C4C / FSM
- Manage Engine tickets and user support (ticketing portal) for application tickets
- Maintain necessary documents under CR management for requirements gathered, UAT, go-live
Requirements:
- Experience in S4 HANA application as L1 support, project support
- Good understanding of the biz processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good project management and change request management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven team player to perform multi-tasks independently
- Proactive and friendly attitude, ability to liaise with diff module PICs
- Accountability of assigned tasks
- Knowledge of CRM applications
