Key Responsibilities:

• \tMarket making Index Options in Indian market

• \tStrictly comply with regulatory policies and risk limits

• \tMonitor & hedge positions effectively

• \tEnhance system resiliency and effectiveness

• \tWork closely with traders and developers to automate processes and design trading strategies

Requirements:

• \tBachelor's degree or above from well-known universities

• \tMinimum of 3 years' experience in index options trading in India, preferably with local working experience

• \tAble to multi task and to work well under pressure, with strong problem solving and decision-making skills

• \tCoding skills (Python, VBA) would be preferred

• \tGood communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
