We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FP&A Manager to join a globally recognized MNC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and performance across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive business performance reporting, ensuring insights are provided to senior leadership
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with business priorities
• Support operational and capital expenditure planning (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Assist in key decision-making by providing actionable financial insights

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, Accounting, or related field; with professional certifications (ie. CA/CIMA/CFA)
• At least 8 years of experience within a real estate/facilities setting
• Expertise in financial modelling and proficiency with data analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder management
