Our client, a reputable and independent EAM firm with a growing footprint in Asia, is seeking an experienced Private Banker to join their team. This role will focus on expanding the firm's presence across the NRI, Philippines, Indonesia and Southeast Asia markets.

about the job:

• Act as a trusted advisor to HNW and UHNW clients in the NRI and Southeast Asia regions, delivering unbiased, personalized wealth management and investment advisory services.
• Leverage the independence and flexibility of the EAM model to offer clients tailored solutions from a wide universe of products across multiple private banks and custodians.
• Build and grow your own book of clients through referrals, personal networks, and market connections, with full ownership of relationships and advisory strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal investment advisors, product teams and compliance to ensure optimal client outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, risk assessments and investment strategy refinements to ensure portfolios remain aligned with client goals and market conditions.

skills and qualifications required:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management or as a relationship manager in an EAM setting.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients in the NRI, Philippines, Indonesia or Southeast Asia markets.
• Deep understanding of investment products and advisory processes across multi-custodian platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
