- Office is near to Bendemeer MRT, Singapore
- Grade L1 Contractor - Interior Decoration & Finishing Works
- Basic Salary Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
Job Summary:
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
- Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
- Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in relevant studies
- At least 3years of relevant renovation / A&A experience in commercial / office project is a must
- Must experience in Cost analysis and benchmarking for office fit-outs, Office-specific construction methods and materials, Interior fit-out construction techniques.
- Understanding of office design and construction standards and Commercial project cost control experience
