Senior Analyst/Specialist - Corporate Planning & Data Analytics

Our client is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage stakeholder relationships, conduct comprehensive research, support strategic initiatives, and oversee data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, coordinate, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct studies and ad hoc research to identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop clear, data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support senior management on emerging issues, corporate strategy, and KPI monitoring, including preparation for agency meetings.
• Analyze organizational developments and address cross-functional gaps that do not fall within defined categories.
• Organize and facilitate annual corporate planning sessions, seminars, and brainstorming workshops to develop workplans and communicate strategic direction.
• Provide insightful analysis to guide executive decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate planning, project management, and policy & strategy development.
• Hands-on Data Analysis experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
