Responsibilities:

• Work within a team of finance staff to optimise performance and provide timely, relevant, and meaningful financial and management information
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls aligned with established management and regulatory policies.
• Partner with departments to drive performance improvements and enhance productivity.
• Provide financial oversight across various activities, including but not limited to:
  • Review of financial and operational information for approvals and post-implementation reviews
  • Regular updates of service pricing
  • Review and approval of purchases in accordance with established authorisation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or a recognised professional qualification in accountancy
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven ability to manage teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manufacturing experience
