Responsibilities:
  • Check daily Delivery Documents against Purchase Orders / Purchase Requisitions.
  • Discrepancies between Delivery Documents and Purchase Orders are documented on Delivery Document, including follow-up by Purchasing.
  • Check Store Requisition Forms & Inter Kitchen / Bar Transfers.
  • Prepared Daily Food / Beverage Cost Reports.
  • Ensure FSMS compliance at Receiving and Store.
  • Do month end inventory at Stores and Outlets. Reconcile to CHECK and SUN.
  • Verify accuracy and analyses Monthly Food & Beverage Cost Reports and investigate variances.
  • Prepare and analyses F&B Cost Controllers Report, as per AHG guidelines.
  • Update information in CHECK eg: new Inventory Codes, Inventory Par Levels, Recipe Costing.
  • Verify accuracy of Selling Prices in Point of Sales Systems.
  • Prepare and follow-up on Receiving / Store Management Reports.
  • Monitor and report monthly OC and ENT.
  • Post month end journal for costs transfer.
  • Post month end journal for OC ENT.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in the same capacity.
  • Prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SUN accounting system, Procurement SCM and all operations systems interfacing into core accounting system.
  • Service-oriented, attentive to details, organised and observant.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
