We're seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our financial management and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, ensure robust financial controls, and drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly closing and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Financial Planning: Manage monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management to optimise working capital and treasury functions.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements, establishing and maintaining internal control systems and risk management procedures.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed, while partnering with senior management to support strategic planning and business performance analysis.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a strong background in accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance.

- Language Skills: Effective English and Mandarin communication skills, to liaise with regional stakeholders.

- Soft Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally, influence key stakeholders, and drive business growth.
