North Rock is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Equity Analyst to join our investment team in Singapore, focusing on Asia tech sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technology sectors and companies across Asia, focusing on market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance and valuation metrics.
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting the technology sector in Asia.
• Engage with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts to gather insights and validate findings.
• Contribute to idea generation for potential investment opportunities based on rigorous analysis and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with team members to discuss findings, share insights, and promote a culture of open communication.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experiences in equity research, with a focus on Asia technology sectors
• Experience in L/S, sell-side, or long-only investment environments is highly desirable
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated passion for investing and a strong track record of generating investment ideas
