Duration: 6 months

Location: Alexandra Road

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Support in review of supplier invoices
• Raise request for new supplier records and maintenance of supplier records
• Send reminders to Departments to process outstanding invoices once every 2 weeks
• Check exception report on unsuccessful creation of e-invoices and perform troubleshooting with departments involved
• Monthly backend payment review
• Prepare reports on quarterly prompt & faster payments
• Approve customer creations
• Any other adhoc assignments

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Preferably 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Familiar with Workday will be an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good analytical, writing and communication skills
• Meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong collaboration skills as the role requires involvement in cross department workstreams
