Senior Project Analyst/Project Manager (Investment Project)

A global leader in smart energy solutions is seeking a Senior Project Analyst/Project Manager to support impactful investment projects both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage investment committee meetings, including documentation, follow-ups, and action tracking.
• Maintain the investment approvals database, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
• Streamline investment documentation and review processes in collaboration with project and review teams.
• Oversee investment tracking and ensure timely execution of regular reviews (monthly, quarterly, or by type).
• Update and enforce compliance with governance frameworks and procedures.
• Monitor capital commitments and support post-investment reviews, including lessons learned documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to develop a digital platform for investment approvals, enhancing automation, data centralization, and process efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in corporate project planning and project management.
• Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills, capable of producing senior-level reports and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive processes independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
