Senior System Analyst (Apex Development and Configuration)

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst with a strong background in bridging between the business and tech team to provide analysis, application support, hands-on apex development and configuration work on the salesforce platform. This individual will work closely with business users to understand requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership, and support day-to-day operations of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Develop, design, implement and support scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on configuration when necessary.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners.
• Manage ongoing application support for Salesforce and integrated systems - troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Own release management, change control, and platform governance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on apex coding, configuration and application support.
• Background as a system analyst or similar role with experience bridging business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and integration options.
• Experience providing end-user support, managing incidents, and working with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and manage third-party solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bonus if you have, Salesforce or related certifications
