Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Prerequisites:
- Conduct in-depth benchmarking, pricing and profit analysis, generate value-added management reports, identify and monitor key performance metrics that drive business results.
- Perform cost analysis, operation leverage and breakeven study.
- Evaluate factory operational process and costing, identify improvement areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and implement best practices, costing method and operating models.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, such as pricing models, profitability models, and scenario analysis tools.
- Assess the financial impact of new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Review full set of financials and management accounts, summarize the key findings in clear format.
- Work closely with commercial teams and various stakeholders to establish, standardize and promote best practices and operation models to drive operational excellence.
- Risks monitoring and control, including financial risk, business risk and operational risk.
- Involved in annual audit, coordinate and liaise with auditor and internal parties for the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Support and monitor Joint-Venture accounts.
- Other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- CFA and or ACCA certification preferred. Strong foundation in finance management and management accounting.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience, audit background is an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools e.g., Excel, financial planning software.
- Past analysis and costing experience in manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in processing and analyzing massive datasets
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.
- Self-motivated, resulted driven and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing and able to travel (All regions, including Africa and India).
