We are actively seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader to join our dynamic team. As a Quant Trader, you will play a critical role within our trading team, specializing in the execution of futures transactions and strategy refinement. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of global markets, in depth research, and the ability to execute trades efficiently. Your primary responsibility will involve navigating the intricacies of futures trading, optimizing execution strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while effectively managing associated risks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades based on model output, maximizing model's returns.
• Conduct post trade analysis.
• Develop, refine and implement effective trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with trading activities.
• Assist in systemising and the automation of new strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, computer sciences or a STEM related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quant trading, quant research or quant development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of the financial markets.
• Proficiency in using financial software, data analysis and software engineering tools.
• Excellent decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Willingness to trade during European and US hours.
