A global investment firm is hiring for a Senior Manager/VP, Finance Business Partner personto join the team.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with various business units to understand their financial challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations. You'll prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, ensure transparency through clear KPIs, and contribute to strategic initiatives with meaningful financial insights. Your ability to influence stakeholders, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will be key to your success.

We're seeking a candidate with at least 15 years of experience, including a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering from an investment firm/banking background. A relevant degree and professional certification (such as CFA or CA) are preferred, along with proven proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools.
