This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Value Business Planning and Business Operations Team. Objective is to grow share of wallet with the Indirect Contractual Channel and enabling the HPWS organization to grow Direct and Partner MPS with a market-leading offer of devices, software and services.

What an Office Value Business Planning Analyst does in HP:

Strategic Planning:

• Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans by RTM and Market level.
• Responsible for designing and operationalizing the Value growth business plan.
• Partnering with the Category teams to design the contractual system pricing strategy/structures.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and risks.
• Managing business/pricing escalations and strategic/big deals support.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data on various aspects of the business, including financial performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast business performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Forecasting:

• Update forecasts based on changes in business conditions and provide scenario analysis.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of Contractual Business.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Good in critical thinking.
