Job Description:
Job Requirement:
- Perform chemical analysis pertaining to product release, project and validation related testing.
- Supervise and guide junior lab staff, including equipment troubleshooting and failure investigations.
- Assess training effectiveness and serve as a trainer for assigned subject areas.
- Manage lab consumables, inventory, and expenditure.
- Assist in investigating chemical analysis failure investigation (not pertaining to Singapore site).
- Conduct or review internal calibration and maintain calibration master list.
- Verify product tagging status and certificates of analysis.
- Review and verify test results from junior lab staff.
- Troubleshooting when equipments breakdown or malfunction.
- Ensure and verify chemical mixing process is performed in accordance with written procedures.
- Support routine in-house test requests: Chemical Extraction test if required.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as per required.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Chemical Process Technology or in a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and willing to perform overtime when required to support the manufacturing operations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Good communication and writing skill.
