FP&A Analyst

cbs Singapore is a subsidiary of cbs, a leading international consultancy headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. From our Singapore office, we support organizations with both domestic and international implementation projects by delivering high-quality solutions and technology services to large industrial corporations running SAP. We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, international team.
Position: Junior FP&A Analyst
Modules: Finance
Location: Singapore (PR/Citizen)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of regular management and statutory reports in collaboration with the global finance organization.
• Support in reviewing and analysing services rendered for client billing purposes.
• Help prepare timely ad-hoc reports and analysis to assist in operational decision-making.
• Work with project managers to compile financial data for project profitability tracking.
• Assist in monitoring operating costs and basic capital expenditure reporting.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial data in the regional P&Ls and Balance Sheets.
Additional Support:
• Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Help maintain and update financial documentation (e.g. internal controls, transfer pricing data).
• Assist with treasury matters, including cash flow monitoring and basic reporting.
• Support in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and other external partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or PMO support functions
• Knowledge of SAP (FICO, BW) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles; knowledge of accounting practices across Singapore and other APAC countries is an advantage.
