What you will do:

As FP&A Analyst, SEA, you will Analyzes financial and economic information to provide accurate and reliable information for all strategic and operational decisions. Conducts financial, statistical, and analytical studies and assists in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Coordinates the development of budgets.

How you will do it:
  • Financial Planning/Reporting/Business Decisions - Support the annual budget, forecasts, monthly outlooks and long-term strategic planning processes for the Southeast Asia region
  • Analytics to Drive/Influence Decisions - Assist on establishing / publishing of regular financial reporting which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization.
  • Month End Closing - Partner with country/vertical finance leaders, accounting controllers and FCOE teams to ensure smooth and accurate monthly financial close.
  • Process Improvements - Review of current in-country processes to identify gaps and work on standardizing and simplifying the process.
  • BU Finance Support - Partner with Vertical Sales/Ops leaders to provide in-depth analysis on key business decision making, involve in day-to-day finance ops to ensure the deliverable is accurate and on time
  • Special Projects - Ad-hoc projects based on management needs

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years Finance / Accounting experience with at least 2 to 3 years FP&A experience with an increasing level of responsibilities within MNC.
  • Possess advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues.
  • Ability to develop / review / enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
  • Business partnering / interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multi-cultural/discipline team with shared purposes.
  • A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges as well as challenging the status quo.
