A growth stage global startup is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst/ Manager to join them. The candidate will play a key role in helping the company make smarter decisions and partner with the Senior Finance manager in influencing strategy, investments, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and quarterly planning cycles across multiple entities and geographies
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, resource allocation, and new business initiatives
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis in partnership with Research, Operations, and Commercial teams across Singapore, the US, and Hong Kong
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards that improve functional accountability
• Drive strategic initiatives including pricing reviews, market expansion, cost optimization, and capital planning
• Support investor relations by preparing materials and models for board meetings, investor updates, and due diligence
• Cross-train and coach junior finance staff in FP&A methods, tools, and reporting discipline
• Champion automation and process improvement across finance operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Startup high-growth mindset
• 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance experience
• Strong modeling and analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
• Comfort with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Business acumen to connect numbers to strategy
