Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Product Support Analyst at Singapore.

The Product Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:
  • Analyze and assign category codes to onsite cases and existing customer enquiry as they relate to the impact on warranty costs, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality meetings and activities to better prepare for new product introduction case analysis.
  • Provide additional targeted analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholder like Customer Assurance Team, Tech Marketing, and Current Product Engineering teams as necessary to provide insights into field issues and how field technicians are resolving them.
  • Regularly collaborate with team members and engage in peer review exercises to ensure uniform case coding methodologies across the team.
  • Review methodologies with other team members for the creation of process adjustment proposals to improve the usefulness of the analysis provided by the team.
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in product support, quality assurance, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns or trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
