Job Description

As a Process Control & Risk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational integrity and control by validating trade execution accuracy against client or fund manager instructions. The role serves as a critical checkpoint between front office trading and post-trade processes, identifying discrepancies, managing exceptions, and ensuring a controlled and reconciled trade lifecycle.

This role is also expected to prepare and analyze financial statements of both private and listed companies on an ad hoc basis.

We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is quantitative, analytical, proactive, a team player, able to work under pressure and to tight time constraints and has excellent attention to detail. This position requires daily liaison with many different groups across the organization and so candidates must have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze exisng workflows, identify inefficiencies, and proactively recommend improvements. They should demonstrate a proven track record in managing operational risk while driving efficiency and accuracy. Success in this role requires a mindset that balances risk control with business enablement, fostering strong partnerships across front office, operations, and client teams. The candidate must be able to align process improvements with broader organizational goals, act as an effective enabler for the business, and deliver solutions that support both internal stakeholders and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and verify trade execution, settlements, pricing, and corporate actions to identify and correct errors, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

- Monitor and verify trades in the excel and reconcile them with counterparties to ensure there are no discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal compliance policies as applicable.

- Maintain up-to-date records of trades and prepare monthly reports

- Graduate with a diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
