We're seeking a versatile professional to join our dynamic team in Asia Pacific, focusing on technology implementation and operational support within the hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Implementation and Management
- Lead the adoption of new technologies in AI and analytics, including training and internal promotion
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of key technology systems for our business
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure proper business support across the region
- Implement data quality improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain a central database for financial information of hotels in Asia Pacific
- Manage projects to develop new business intelligence tools for asset management
Business Operations and Analytics
- Produce and present monthly performance reports for our capital markets team
- Develop comprehensive presentations and reports on regional hotel performance
- Analyze team performance and productivity metrics
- Create presentations for internal meetings and calls
- Collaborate with finance and business units on monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Lead regional working groups focused on growth initiatives
- Work with business development teams to improve proposal templates
- Co-ordinate remote support resources for operational efficiency
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, or technology-related roles
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficient in report writing with keen attention to detail
- Basic data analysis skills and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies
- Experience in or aptitude for training and project implementation
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM tools e.g. Salesforce is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
