JOB DESCRIPTION

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business decision-making
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets align with business objectives
• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and business performance indicators
• Cost Control: Monitor and manage costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Data Management: Maintain and organize financial data in reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to minimize risks and maximize profitability
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure financial activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and accounting standards
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity to support operational needs and investments
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
