We are currently working with a leading Singapore-based firm that is looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Manager to take on an exciting 2-year secondment in Brazil, with the opportunity to return to the Singapore headquarters thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations and reporting, ensuring alignment with global finance standards.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial controls and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead audits, internal controls, and risk management activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Upon return to Singapore, transition back into a strategic finance role with broader regional responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 7 years of experience, a combination of audit and/or commercial (Open to Senior Managers from Big 4 firms who are looking for commercial experience)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Brazil for 2 years, with a commitment to returning to Singapore.
