Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft ERP applications, focusing on HCM, FSCM, and ELM modules.

• Lead customization using PeopleTools (App Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher, CI, Workflow).

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and solutions.

• Develop and manage Control-M jobs for enterprise integration (AFT, DB, PeopleSoft, SAP).

• Build API/file-based interfaces between PeopleSoft, SAP (via CPI/BTP), and third-party systems.

• Manage payment gateway and bank integrations (MT940, CAMT053, custom reports).

• Implement secure file transfers (SFTP, FTP, encryption, SSH key management).

• Support financial modules: GL, AP, AR, Treasury, and Banking.

• Develop host-to-host bank integrations for payment automation and reconciliation.

• Provide technical leadership and ensure scalable, documented solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders for system design, testing, and UAT.

• Monitor batch/interface jobs, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.

• Lead ITIL processes: incident, change, and problem management.

• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, tax updates, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong Control-M skills (AFT, DB, PeopleSoft, SAP job design).

• Experience with PeopleSoft-SAP integrations via CPI/BTP and Integration Broker.

• Hands-on with PeopleTools: App Packages, PeopleCode, CI, SQRs, Workflow.

• Knowledge of encryption methods and banking security standards.

• Expertise in payment gateway integrations and formats (MT940, CAMT053).

• Proficient in PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Banking).

• Host-to-host payment interface development experience.

• Solid grasp of procurement processes and system configurations.
