Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze daily Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, ensuring accuracy for Front Line Management (FLM) and Institutional Banking/Corporate Banking (IB/CB).

• Execute daily regulatory reporting with precision and timeliness.

• Conduct daily Nostro account reconciliations and generate insightful limit monitoring reports.

• Contribute to the efficient completion of monthly reporting, including reconciliations and submissions.

• Perform rigorous daily reconciliation checks on data feeds, business-to-business (B2B) transactions, mapping errors, and Balance Sheet Controls.

• Produce comprehensive monthly Balance Sheet and Legal Entity reports.

• Generate daily reports for Available-for-Sale (AFS) securities.

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly head office reports.

• Monitor and manage daily interbranch limits.

• Assist with month-end activities, including IFRS9 entries, and various accounting processes.

• Provide support for ad-hoc finance activities and special projects

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accountancy & Finance or any recognized accounting qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• A proactive, positive attitude and keen learning attitude.
