About the role - you will:

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our HR strategy, we are seeking a detailed-oriented and motivated People Analytics Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing workforce data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.

• Design and deliver reports and dashboards for analysis using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Define and complete analytical projects to determine trends and relationships focused on employee data, succession, performance and learning using Excel and Tableau.
• Work with various HR project teams to translate findings to simple and targeted business focused actions.

• Communicate complicated topics in a clear, precise, and actionable way.

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources minor in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
