Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for expanding coal or palm oil import channels from resource-rich countries including Indonesia, Australia, and Mongolia, while also developing downstream customer markets in Vietnam, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for expanding coal or palm oil import channels from resource-rich countries including Indonesia, Australia, and Mongolia, while also developing downstream customer markets in Vietnam, the United States, Japan, and South Korea.
Channel Expansion and Development:
- Proactively identify, establish, and manage coal/palm oil import channels from major resource-rich countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and Mongolia.
- Track market trends and assess opportunities within these regions to secure a stable and reliable coal supply.
- Foster strong partnerships with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and competitive procurement.
Customer Development and Relationship Management
- Grow and diversify the customer base in strategic downstream markets, including Vietnam, India, China, Philippines, Japan, and South Korea.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their coal/palm oil requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by offering excellent service and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategic Planning
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new trends, demand patterns, and growth opportunities in coal import and downstream sectors.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategies for market entry and expansion, while optimizing current market performance.
Sales and Negotiation
- Lead contract negotiations with both suppliers and clients, ensuring advantageous terms and compliance with company goals.
- Drive sales performance by meeting targets, acquiring new customers, and enhancing business with existing clients.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report KPIs related to sales, customer acquisition, and channel development.
- Provide management with regular insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks in coal/palm oil imports and customer development.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations.
Job Requirements:
- At least Degree in any discipline.
- Min. 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of coal or palm oil import channels, resources, and downstream sales markets;
- Proven skills to independently develop and manage customer relationships.
