Role: Banking Test Program Manager (AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Actimize or Detica)

Job Description and Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise: App Testing Project management working experience and expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & KYC (Know Your Customer) or Transaction Monitoring with Actimize or Detica tool working experience

Must have following working experience and knowledge:

• Overall 10+ years of IT testing working experience, preferably in a Finance industry.
• Must have 5+ years relevant testing experience preferably in a Banking or Finance institution.
• 04+ recent working experience in Application Testing in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) & KYC (Know Your Customer) is a must
• Must have working experience in Actimize or Detica tool.
• Must have AML KYC OR TM (Transaction Monitoring) domain experience.
• High level of Test Management skills is a must.
• Working experience Transaction Monitoring Testing is highly preferred
• Working experience in stakeholder management is mandatory.
• Product knowledge and experience in banking products
• As a Test Project Manager: Database hands-on in terms of SQL query, DB setup etc, Good knowledge and experience in KYC/AML, Netreveal, Transaction Monitoring, and uses of some tools for transaction monitoring, such as Actimize etc, other tools like Detica etc, (any tools will be good)
• Education Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
