• Position Title: Finance Assistant
• Working Location: Macpherson, Central Region
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders, invoices, and manage payment collections.
• Prepare and oversee supplier payments for both Malaysia and Singapore companies.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for Malaysia and Singapore companies.
• Review and prepare GST reporting for Singapore companies.
• Support in preparing and maintaining relevant documentation for external accountants.
• Lead and guide administrative staff to perform daily functions efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager.
• Assist the Finance Manager in improving the company's administrative workflow using new or existing software.
• Develop great working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive guidance from the Finance Manager and attend company-sponsored training courses for progression to a similar role.
• Gradually progress to reviewing and managing the company's administration and finance matters.
• Enjoy a stable, family-oriented environment with support from experienced colleagues, many of whom have been with the company for over 10 years.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCount and/or QuickBooks Accounting Software is advantageous.
• Positive and eager to learn attitude.
