Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Leading the Business Finance team, the proactive and strategic Commercial Analyst Manager will be instrumental in driving financial planning and analysis of the company, enabling the company to make informed commercial decisions. He/she will work collaboratively across the organization and deliver high-quality insights and analysis using financial data to analyze business performance and strategies.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and efforts
• Maintain and enhance a dynamic pricing and cost optimization model
• Produce and present comprehensive monthly departmental and company-wide financial performance analysis and reports
• Evaluate revenue streams, pricing models and sales performance, and provide regular updates and recommendations to achieve commercial objectives
• Track sales leads and pipelines to facilitate regular updates to management and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of results
• Perform financial analysis and engage with internal stakeholders
• Support other related ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in a financial or commercial analyst role, with at least 2 years of people-management experience
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and data analytics
• Knowledge of the payment industry and payment pricing models (IC++, MCC, DCC)
• Competent with analytical and financial modelling skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated, strong analytical abilities with a keen eye to details
• Possess strong leadership and collaborative skills
