Roles and Responsibilities:

• Billing Management. Ensure that billing invoices are verified with Operations Managers before making payment; conduct follow-up checks with both Cloud Service Provider (CSP) and Project Management Teams (PMTs) to resolve any billing / payment discrepancies; and track budget expenditure on a monthly basis to ensure adequancy of funds.

• Assist Project Management Teams to track cost optimisation-related performance management indicators for Management oversight; work with PMTs and CSP to formulate questionnaires in guiding PMTs to optimise their Cloud spend.

• Change Management.

i. Training Requirements . Plan and seek funding support for the yearly training requirement for training courses which would include management of training administrative tasks, assist in the curation and publishing of training modules; and collate user feedback through gathering of survey insights from Application Users.

ii. Commercial Cloud Handbook and Knowledge Portal . Ensure currency of the Commercial Cloud Handbook contents hosted through the Knowledge Portal and the prompt dissemination of changes to those impacted. Work with CSPs to curate the contents before publishing.

• Recording Secretary for Cloud-related Meetings. Overall coordinator with stakeholders in the conduct of Cloud meetings; and keeping an up-to-date capturing of notes for tracking of action items and Management oversight.

• Business Excellence. Work with Project Management Teams to resolve issues related to on-boarding and support in the review of business processes e.g. change management process, cloud adoption/on-boarding process.

Education Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent).

Working Experience:

• At least 1 year of working experience in information technology.

• Experience in project management / project coordination.

• Candidates with Product Owner experience would be highly beneficial.

Required Competencies:

• Applied knowledge in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS with prior contributions in commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous.

• Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language.

• Possess strong command of the English language (written and spoken), with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Possess good interpersonal skills, highly organised and effective, and a good team player.

• Responsible, conscientious, resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.

• Proficient in Office productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
