WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

NIKE Trading Company (NTC) is a centralized global trading organization that creates financial value and operational leverage for NIKE. Tax, Trade, Treasury and Supply Chain strategies are enabled via the Trading Company flow. Around 85% of NIKE's Finished Goods purchases from factories around the world are performed via Trading Company, streamlining the global buying and selling operations and increasing efficiency.

This role reports to the Nike Trading Company's Supply Chain Trading Senior Manager based in Singapore as an individual contributor. This role will be working closely with internal stakeholders in World Headquarters (WHQ) global business teams such as Materials Sourcing, Materials Costing, Materials Management, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, Technical support teams and NTC cross functions (Operations Accounting, Controls & Compliance, Capability, Logistics, Trade & Customs) based in Singapore/WHQ; Outside of Nike, this role will liaise extensively with external stakeholders like Finished Goods Factories, Raw Material Vendors and Logistics Service Providers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who will be part of NIKE Trading Company's Supply Chain Operations team based in Singapore. This role supports direct materials buy-sell operations, partnering Nike global teams to manage external vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to finished goods factories.

In addition, the candidate needs to be able to understand business and operational requirements to recommend process and system improvements.

What you bring:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Operation with at least a Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
  • Working knowledge in SAP across Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM).
  • Strong experience in Order Management and Vendor management. Meticulous to transactions, reports and documents. Demand / supply planning and shipping knowledge in an operations capacity will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong partnerships with cross-functional teams with influencing and listening skills. Teamwork mindset is essential.
  • Articulate and eloquent with good presentation skills and effective communication
  • Independent, driven and proactive. Juggles responsibilities well while maintaining performance standards with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous operating environments and expectations.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office software suites and report generation
  • Working knowledge in Smartsheet, Tableau and/or Data Bricks advantageous
  • Familiarity and demonstrated aptitude with process automation and related capabilities (eg RPA/ Microsoft Power Automate) is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be responsible for the timely availability of raw materials from vendors to Finished Goods factories through effective and efficient order/delivery management while maintaining high operational standards and compliance.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Delivering clarity to factories' changing requirements, optimizing shipments to orders, to supporting the matching of overall supply to demand and driving issue resolutions through root cause analysis
  • Executing and managing commitments to customers with keen oversight of the integrity of transactional flow in SAP and document accuracy & timeliness
  • Driving service standards to internal/external customers and drive process standardization across partners and internal processes.
  • Overseeing and driving vendor's delivery performance to Nike's quality and performance standards
  • Identifying and driving opportunities for process improvements and automation for operational efficiencies
  • Maintaining concise records for partner performance review, reports and audit; advocating for Controls & Compliance
  • Documenting process flows, work instructions and fact sheets
  • Prepare reports, perform data analysis, and evaluate partner performance metrics.
  • May be called upon to lead pilot/initiative validation, User Acceptance Test, System Integration Testing
