Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Asia.
• Deliver strategic financial analysis and insights to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies, revenue drivers, and profitability enhancement strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and business performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategy with overarching business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, operating within a complex commercial organization of medium to large scale.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance business partners and grow financial acumen
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Industry experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverages, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
