Join a leading maritime industry player to assist the team on accounting and financial reporting matters in a 1-year contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting for joint ventures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of key financial statements.
  • Prepare financial reports and audit schedules, coordinating with external auditors for year-end audits.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of expenses, re-billing, and tax compliance.
  • Support monthly financial reviews with stakeholders by preparing financial analysis and reporting packages.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by management.

Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
