Job Summary:

Working in a dynamic and expanding team, you will be actively support in a variety of corporate finance transactions and responsible for performing company analysis, client onboarding, preparing internal and external presentations, building valuation models, supporting due diligence work and day-to-day management of transactions. You will play an important role in the expansion of the business and grow with the team.

Description:
  • Involve in a variety of corporate finance transaction(s), focus will be on day-to-day management of transaction(s);
  • Perform hands-on analysis and client on-boarding processes, as well as other internal reporting related duties;
  • Area of involvement includes preparation of marketing material(s), financial modelling, and company analysis;
  • Exposure to due diligence and documentation aspects of the transaction(s); and
  • Be part of a dynamic and expanding team that supports the Institution's corporate clients in fund raising.

Requirements:
  • Degree from a reputable university, working knowledge in Accountancy or Finance will be advantageous
  • CFA charter holder would be an advantage
  • 1- 3 years of working experience in a financial environment, preferably in accounting or investment analysis
  • Ability to design and interpret complex financial model and valuation
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Bloomberg and other computer skills
  • Enterprising, articulate, think out of the box, and ability to prioritize, and problem-solve
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently & with others
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (require to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients)
