Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, analyse and report monthly gross margin analysis by projects.

2. Analyse cost accounting data and assist with yearly count/physical inventories.

3. Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost, and inventory by projects.

4. Review and analyse inventory and margin reports, perform analytical studies regarding cost analyses and profitability.

5. Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, support inventory recon file when needed.

6. Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.

Requirement:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 3 or more years of related experience.

Must be able to adapt to different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis.

Ability to research, compile, analyse and interpret data.

Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.

Ability to analyse and reconcile complex accounts.

Strong organizational and communicational skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
